Hi, I'm David, the manager of All About Dogs Home Daycare and Boarding

After 35 years as a chef and in hospitality, making people happy,I reevaluated my life like many during the pandemic. As I tried a few ventures I realised that I did not want to leave my own dogs for long! I realised that dogs were my life, and so I decided to set up a home daycare and boarding business. I have looked after friends' dogs many times gaining an unofficial nickname by many people as the Nottingham Dog Whisperer. 

So now, I look after dogs rather than customers in restaurants - making dogs and their owners happy to know that their needs are being met by a true dog-lover.

Clean safe accommodation either as part of the pack or in their own space.

Your furry bundle will be fed in accordance to your requirements and exercised either alone or as part of a small group in accordance with their needs. 

I have several good areas to exercise the dogs within only a 5 minute drive from my house so the dogs will not spend hours in the back of the car.

For the hot days guests will only be exercised by water, if that’s what they are used to and providing the water is safe for them to play, or in woodland where a cool breeze always blows under the canopy of ancient trees, where we can walk, play or just sit and enjoy the breeze.

Short and long stays are available where your dogs can either spend the night in their dedicated space in their own bed with their own toys, or be part of the pack in their own bed and toys in our communal room.

Feeding can be in their own space or in the kitchen with other dogs while supervised. Likewise any issues around food which may only occur because they are in an unfamiliar environment will be quickly picked up on and acted upon. No dog will ever be put in a stressful environment in which they are uncomfortable.

Our aim is to provide a homely, loving environment, so that you can enjoy your holiday safe in the knowledge that your furry family member is also enjoying theirs.

We offer competitive rates which include discounts for multiple dogs who board with us.

Daycare £36 per day

Boarding £55 per 24 hours 

Second dog from same household 30% discount on boarding.

All About Dogs Home Daycare and Boarding is fully licensed by Nottingham City Council.

My license is available to view upon request.
